By accessing or using Real Results AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

AI Assistant Services
Our AI assistant is designed to provide helpful, accurate, and timely information. However, you acknowledge and agree that:
- AI responses may not always be accurate or complete
- You should verify important information independently
- The Service does not provide professional, legal, medical, or financial advice
- We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Real Results AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
Third-Party Services
Our Service may integrate with third-party services, including but not limited to business directories, event platforms, and mapping services. These third-party services have their own terms and conditions and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REAL RESULTS AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Real Results AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United States.
